This post office gave my parcel to someone else and tried to say it was never at the post office. I got an email saying “thanks for collecting your order” when it wasn’t me. Then once I arrived, they tried to tell me it was never in the system. They do not thoroughly check identification before handing out parcels. Avoid this place at all costs.

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
